Return Policy
ENGINES: For a period of 90 days, engines may be returned in their original condition***, to RO-Jett Engines. A restocking charge of $25.00 will be deducted from the credit to cover the cost of inspecting and test running the engine. Costs of missing parts may also be deducted from the credit.
PARTS AND ACCESSORIES: For a period of 90 days, engine parts and Jett accessories may be returned to Jett. There will be no restocking fees accessed.
CONDITIONS: Refunds are FOB Houston, TX. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be subject to inspection of items. Items that were shipped free will have the usual shipping charge deducted from the refund. Refunds on credit card purchases will be credited to that same credit card. The customer may choose to receive credit instead of a refund.
EXCEPTIONS: Items purchased specifically for the customer from outside vendors may not be returned. Engines that are modified at the request of customer may not be returned. Tuned pipes cut specifically for the customer may not be returned. Items kept over 90 days may not be returned. Special, factory second, or obsolete items may not be returned.
***ORIGINAL CONDITION: Engines that have been run, installed in an aircraft, disassembled, or damaged in any way cannot be returned. Castings have a matt finish; therefore the installation of screws, adhesives, or the use of tools which mar that finish will render the engine un-returnable.
RETURN PROCEDURE: Inspect the item to insure that it is in its original condition. Package the item carefully—it must arrive at RO-Jett in original condition!! Return the item, insured, to RO-Jett Engines,12530 Millscott Rd, Houston, TX. 77070. Include a copy of the original invoice and a note of explanation of the reason for the return. Include instructions for issuing your credit (card number). Credit will be issued within 10 business days and when all conditions are met.
